Registration is necessary to use the online service in order that your own private personalized account can be created. If you will be using LearningExpress Library from outside the library you must use your 14 digit library barcode number as your user name. Even if registering within the library, it is highly recommended that you use your library fourteen digit barcode number as your user name.
After registering, you will be taken to the list of available test preparation materials. Select a test by clicking on it. Some test categories have more than one test available. If you have any questions about the test, click on the name of the test for more information. Or click on “Practice Now” to be taken directly to the test.
Some tests may be timed. If your selected test is timed, there will be a clock running in the upper right hand corner. For each question, click on the circle to the left of the answer you believe is correct to select it. You can skip a question if you would like to return to it later.
When you have finished the test, you will be given the opportunity to go back to answer any question you might have skipped or you can click “Finish” to score your test. Your score will also give you the chance to see your correct and incorrect answers. If you are unable to complete the test for any reason, choose “Finish Later” from the list of options to save your test.
The next time you visit LearningExpress Library, sign on as “Returning User”. Type in your previously registered user name and password. You can click on a new test, or if you want to complete an unfinished test click on “My Account”. The tests you have previously visited will be displayed. An incomplete test will open with the unanswered or skipped questions, allowing you the opportunity to start with one of the unanswered or skipped questions or return to the beginning of the test.
