Reservations
Please request either the afternoon or evening lecture and provide names, email addresses/telephone numbers for all reservation requests.
Those without reservations will be admitted as space permits. Space is limited to 100 people at each lecture, but generally we have space available for both lectures.
Walk-ins are welcome!
Social Hour
Bring a WWII artifact to display for the evening. Light refreshments a half-hour before each program. No food or drink allowed outside the Community Room.

Things Are Happening for the Lecture Series!
- Read any good books or seen any good movies on WWII? Tell us your favorites and we'll make a list. Click here to email your choices.
- 10th Anniversary at Williamson Save the date… we will be celebrating our ten-year anniversary at Williamson Restaurant in Hatboro, PA on Tuesday, October 16th, 2007. Click here to email us if you're interested.
- Sgt. Brandon Traister is back as of Feb 2007 after serving in the Army Reserves at Fort Dix. Thank you, Joe Campbell, Don Lee and everyone else for filling in.
- Sgt. Brandon Traister came back (in the world) from Iraq in May 2006 and continues his many duties to the WWII Lecture Series at Abington Free Library.
- The World War Two Lecture Institute (W2LI) has been created under the National Heritage Foundation as a 501(c)3 tax-deductible organization to expand and improve on the present WWII Lecture Series.
- Doylestown Library has a WWII Lecture Series at 7 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday of the month.

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer Coordinator – Brandon Traister
Assistant Coordinators are needed to help run this series and to help expand the institute.
Grant Writers are needed to help gather funds to ensure the future of the institute and series.
Phone Callers are needed to confirm reservations for lectures.
Public Relations Officers are desired to help spread the word about the institute and series.
Web Designers are needed to help maintain the website.
