Pajama Parties!

PAJAMA PARTIES FOR AGES 3-6
Mondays, Jan. 11, Feb. 8, March 15
6:30-7 p.m.

Stories, songs, fingerplays, and crafts
Children are invited to wear their pajamas and bring a stuffed animal to cuddle.

Registration begins Dec. 21.

Please register for each program separately.

If you are unable to attend the program, kindly call the library in advance.  This will allow others on the waiting list to attend the program as well as prevent waste of craft materials.

Winter Story Times!

WINTER STORY TIMES
begin Feb. 1 and continue through March 18. 
Mondays at 1:30 p.m. for ages 3-6.
Thursdays at 11 a.m. for ages 2-3.

This program is meant for the child and parent/caregiver to enjoy as a pair.

Master Gardener Programs

Mondays at 7 p.m.

March 22 – Simply Roses-A Practical Approach to their Selection and Care with Mary McKnight. The speaker will discuss simplified ways to select and care for your roses, and will provide a list of the easiest-to-grow roses in our area.

April 19 – Summer Scents and Savory Sensations with Bette Beatty. This presentation includes hints on growing, harvesting and cooking with herbs.

April 26 – Gardening With Ease with Carol Lukens. Learn how to garden with varied challenges such as arthritis or vision problems.

May 24 – Therapeutic Benefits of Gardening with Deb Radvany. We all know that gardening is fun and good exercise, but did you know that it has other therapeutic benefits as well? Debbie will share her personal story of healing, discuss the history of gardens as therapy and share tips to help you experience the benefits of gardening in your own life.

All of the presenters are Penn State Master Gardener volunteers.
